Attendance Acquisition

Experient Tradeshow Week recently surveyed tradeshow organizers and asked them, "What is your greatest challenge in 2007?" Seventy-Eight percent (78%) responded that Attendee Development was their greatest challenge. Attendance Acquisition continues to top the lists of priorities for the leaders in our industry. A leader in our industry once said to me, "Without a qualified audience, there is no Show." This blog will discuss this belief plus solutions, best practices, and strategies that help show managers attain and retain quality attendees for their events

Here are some of the top operational benefits that we’re hearing from some users of the Experient ACRM product:

  • “With ACRM, we are continually working (queries, email campaigns, reports) in live data 24/7 …. It does not matter when shows are going live or closing”
  • “The de-duping functionality has saved us tons of time….It speeds up the verification process, the onsite registration process, and dramatically reduces the time traditionally spent on the post show record reconciliation effort”
  • “The quering capabilities are highly flexible, allowing us to slice and dice the data in unlimited ways….This allows us to test the effectiveness of distinct marketing campaigns against various sub-groups on the fly.”

So, what other features and time-savers are necessary for attendee development applications?
